2,800,000 signatures have been collected until now for the support of the legal initiative of the citizens regarding the protection of the family. These are the statistics offered by the Coalition for the Family during the press conference held on Thursday, 31 March 2016.
The campaign started in Bucharest at the beginning of this year.
“The campaign started in Bucharest at the end of January. Until now, over 70.000 citizens of Bucharest have signed for the support of the family and marriage in Romania. Approx. 2/3 of the signatures are in the process of submition and validation at the city’s Sector Halls.
At this event, the “50 measure proposals for family related policies in Romania program” was launched.
