Romanian Patriarch Daniel welcomes Archbishop Theodosios of Sebastia at his patriarchal residence

His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel welcomed Monday, June 11, 2018, His Eminence Archbishop Theodosios of Sebastia (Jerusalem Patriarchate) at his patriarchal residence in Bucharest.

During the meeting, they discussed the problems that Christians in the Middle East are facing due to military conflicts, which led to their migration to different parts of the world, such as Western Europe, the USA, Canada, South America, and Australia.

Archbishop Theodosios expressed his joy for the great number of Romanian pilgrims visiting the Holy Land, whom are received with hospitality by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

His Eminence thanked Patriarch Daniel for the support offered by the Romanian Patriarchate to Orthodox Christian students recommended by the Jerusalem Patriarchate to study at the Theological Schools in Romania.
