21 March 1926 – Priest and theology professor CONSTANTIN NAZARIE passed away. Studies at the Low Seminary of Roman, then at “Veniamin” of Iași (1881 – 1888) and at the Spiritual Academy of Kiev (1888 – 1893) and Director of the Seminary of Roman (1896 – 1898), priest (1896), then professor and director with the “Central” Seminary of Bucharest (1898 – 1901); professor for the chair of Morals at the Faculty of Theology of Bucharest (1901 – 1926); in parallel, director of the Theological Boarding School of Bucharest (till 1925), chief of the Religious Service of the Great General Headquarters of the Romanian Army (1915 – 1921), initiator and president of the General Association of the clergy of Romania 81919). He published precious theological works.
