His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, addressed a message of congratulation to His Beatitude Anastasios, Archbishop of Tirana, Durres and All Albania, on his 30th enthronement anniversary:
Your Beatitude,
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Your Beatitude’s enthronement as Primate of the Orthodox Church of Albania, on behalf of the members of the Holy Synod, the clergy and the faithful of the Romanian Orthodox Church, we convey to you our best wishes of good health and every success in your pastoral and missionary activity.
We pray to our Saviour, the Shepherd and Overseer of our souls (1 Peter 2:25), to grant you blessed years, peace and spiritual joy in the service of the Holy Church of Albania and of the Orthodox Church worldwide.
