Laudate Dominum Chorus of Saint Julian of Tars – Iasi Carolled at the Patriarchate Palace

Tonight the Patriarch of Romania was carolled by Laudate Dominum chorus of the St Julian of Tars parish of Iasi city. The members of the choral group sang carols on traditional voices, informs Trinitas Radio station.

To end with, His Beatitude offered them presents and congratulated them for the mission they develop in the parish: “Thank you very much for these wonderful chants that you cultivated and showed us tonight. We wish you the feasts of the Nativity of the Lord, of the New Year and of the Baptism of the Lord bring you good health and much joy. We also congratulate you for all your activity developed at the same time with Rev. Florin Chirila, who is parish priest of the students’ parish in Tudor Vladimirescu district of Iasi and one of the founders too. The parish priest understands how beautiful and difficult the foundation of a new church is, but the encouragement comes from the fact that once the brick church is built a spiritual construction is achieved too”.
