The Week in Pictures: February 23 – March 1, 2026

The first week of Great Lent is a time of inner stillness and the beginning of the spiritual journey. In Orthodox churches, the faithful enter this period of repentance and renewal with humility, participating in services of particular intensity marked by the reading of the Great Canon of Saint Andrew of Crete. We invite you to explore our selection of photographs from this period.
