At the Patriarchal Cathedral in Bucharest, the Divine Liturgy was officiated on Wednesday, 28 October 2015, on the Feast of St Hierarch Hyacinth of Vicina, Metropolitan of Wallachia, by His Grace Visarion, Bishop of Tulcea, surrounded by an assembly of priests and deacons.
The Divine Liturgy preceded today’s meeting of the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church.
