Paraschivoiu Constantin Iulian, was recently set up, with the blessing of His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel, and dedicated to the Falling Asleep of the Mother of God and to Saints Emperors Constantine and Helen. His Grace Timotei delivered a sermon in which he said:
A new church built in a community brings the blessing of God. The Church, through its prayers, never forgets its founders, so that human beings may live in eternity. It is in the Church that we get the forgiveness of our sins, baptise our babies, and part with our dear ones who are no longer with us. The Church cannot be replaced with another institution in a community, because its work is empowered by God through its servant priests.
At the end of his sermon His Grace urged the parishioners and the local authorities to become founders and benefactors of the new place of worship to be built for the community of Pantelimon town.
