Patriarch John X to Poland on an Official Church Visit

Upon the invitation of His Beatitude Sawa, Metropolitan of Warsaw and all Poland, His Beatitude John X, Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and all the East, is paying an official visit to the Church of Poland during the period of August 16 – 22, 2016. He will be accompanied by an official delegation including His Eminence Silwan (Oner) Met. of the British Isles and Ireland, and His Grace Bishop Constantine (Kayyal), bishop of Zabadani.

Visit program will include church meetings and visits to officials, during which, the Patriarch will convey some of the Antiochian church’s concerns under the current circumstances which are prevailing in the area unto its people with all pertaining challenges and difficulties
