Aurelian Iftimiu, Director of the Basilica News Agency, attends the Christian Media Summit 2022, an event organized between December 11 and 14 in Jerusalem.
The yearly summit is organized by the Israeli government Press Office. This year’s edition reunites 150 150 top-tier Christian news executives and public opinion leaders from around the world, including founders and CEOs of world-renowned Christian media outlets.
They discuss key topics relevant to Israel and the Christian world.
The opening gala, held on Sunday evening, includes speeches and messages from Benjamin Netanyahu, Designated Prime Minister of Israel, from Dr Juergen Buehler, President of The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, and from Netanel Isaac, Director General of the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage.
In the next few days, participants will meet the Mayor of Jerusalem and visit the Knesset, Israel’s Parliament.
The goal of the summit is to foster better understanding and strengthen the friendship between Christians around the world and the State of Israel.
