-organisation of certain activities in partnership in view of valuing the local resources etc.

The Protocol of collaboration between the Romanian Patriarchate and the Ministry for Agriculture and Rural Development is concluded for one year time with possible extension through an additional document.

The earth is a gift of God and man has the holy responsibility to protect and cultivate it. This is why the collaboration between the Church and the Ministry for Agriculture and Lasting Development is a must so much the more as the Romanian village is old and poor now, needing active involvement of the youth in the projects of rural development.

The Orthodox parishes have always been involved in the development of the Romanian village through a spiritual, educational, cultural and social activity developed in the Romanian communities of the rural milieu, bringing an important contribution to the promotion and consolidation of the communities’ genuine values.
