Patriarch Daniel of Romania congratulates Archbishop Chrysostomos of Cyprus on name’s day

His Beatitude Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Nea Justiniana and All Cyprus celebrates his name day on the feast of Saint John Chrysostom, 13 November 2016. On this occasion, Patriarch Daniel of Romania addressed a congratulatory letter to His Beatitude.

On the occasion of the feast of Your Beatitude’s spiritual patron, Saint Hierarch John Chrysostom, we address you our warm wishes of good health and pray our Saviour Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd (John 10:11), to bestow upon you spiritual joy.

On behalf of the members of the Holy Synod, the clergy and the faithful of the Romanian Orthodox Church, we wish you blessed years in the service of the Holy Church of Cyprus and help from God in the pastoral work that you unfold.
