The holy relics of St. Demetrius the New, St. John Jacob of Neamț, the protector of the Romanian diaspora, the Holy Emperors Constantine and Helen and St. Nectarios were placed on the porch of the Patriarchal Cathedral to be venerated by pilgrims.

On Saturday morning, October 23, 2021, the relics will be placed in the Baldachin of the Saints located near the Cathedral.

This is the second year in which the Feast of St. Demetrius will take place in conditions of maximum rigour, imposed by authorities due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pilgrims who come to the meeting with the saints are asked to adopt precautions.

The services officiated at the Patriarchal Cathedral during the celebrations will be broadcast live by Trinitas TV and Radio Trinitas.
