Blessing Of The Painting Of The Chapel Of Saint John Jacob Of Bucharest

His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of Romania blessed the painting of the chapel of Saint John Jacob the Hosevite of the “Justinian Marina” Social Community Services Centre of Bucharest. His Beatitude celebrated the Divine Liturgy before the blessing service together with His Grace Varlaam Ploiesteanul, Assistant Bishop to the Patriarch and Secretary of the Holy Synod.

To end with, the Patriarch of Romania congratulated the parish priest, Ioan Vaduva, for the work done: “We congratulate the servant priest over here and all those who work for the social philanthropic activity of our Church, the entire staff who help the helpless.

We congratulate those who contributed to the execution of this painting and, certainly, those who contribute to the maintaining of this Chapel of “Patriarch Justinian” settlement which is under the direct supervision of the Archdiocese of Bucharest through Diaconia Association which passed under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Bucharest, because the majority of the beneficiaries are not from the country, but from Bucharest”.
