As an expression of profound sorrow for those affected by the recent earthquakes that struck Venezuela, causing loss of life, injuries and extensive material damage, the Romanian Patriarchate conveys a message of Christian solidarity to the Venezuelan people as they endure this devastating calamity.
At the same time, we express our compassion for the Romanian citizens living in Venezuela, praying that the Lord may protect them, grant them peace, courage and good health, and bestow strength and hope upon all those who have experienced fear and hardship during these difficult days.
In these moments of great trial, we pray to God for the repose of the souls of those who have fallen asleep in the Lord, for the swift recovery of the injured, and for the protection of all who have suffered as a result of this disaster.
