With great joy in our Lord Jesus Christ, we would like to congratulate you on the occasion of your election as Archbishop of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, and Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia. At the same time, we pray our Lord Jesus Christ to grant you many spiritual accomplishments in the new mission entrusted to you.
