August 1857 – Priest and pedagogue PAVEL SAVIN was born in Bibire\u0219ti <\/p>\n
village, county of Bac\u0103u. Studies at the Low Seminary of Roman and at <\/p>\n
“Veniamin” Seminary of Ia\u0219i (1896). Priest at the Metropolitan Cathedral<\/p>\n
of Ia\u0219i – photo-, deputy director (1896 – 1899) and director <\/p>\n
(1899-1921) at “Veniamin” Seminary in the capital city of Moldova. He <\/p>\n
printed the Little Bible in 1913, together with Bishop Nicodim Munteanu <\/p>\n
and archimandrite Iuliu Scriban, also editing brochures, conferences and<\/p>\n
