The \u201cSaint Joseph the Merciful\u201d Parish in the Bucium neighborhood of Ia\u0219i plans to build<\/a> the only neuromotor recovery and equine therapy center in the Moldavia region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project is expected to serve approximately 150 beneficiaries annually, many of whom are children requiring rehabilitation and currently undergoing therapy at the center founded by Mihai Ne\u0219u in Oradea.Moldavia<\/p>\n

The facility will be developed on a 25,000-square-meter plot and include a full-scale hippotherapy complex. Currently, efforts are underway to complete the land registration process, which requires approval from the Ia\u0219i City Council.<\/p>\n

To this end, the parish has submitted a request to the Ia\u0219i City Hall to include the land in the city\u2019s intravilan (urban area). The proposal is scheduled for discussion at a public consultation on April 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the institution\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n

The investment also includes plans to build an accessible playground for people with disabilities, a sensory garden, a greenhouse garden, a sports field, and a parking area.<\/p>\n
