On Sunday, the Romanian Orthodox Parish of the \u201cDormition of the Mother of God\u201d in Zaragoza celebrated its 20th anniversary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

His Grace Bishop Timotei of Spain and Portugal celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the parish church, where he delivered a sermon on the Parable of the Good Samaritan, emphasizing that \u201cevery person is our neighbour.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOur faith is validated by good deeds, and it is not enough to know it only on a theoretical level. The law expert mentioned in today\u2019s gospel understood faith theoretically, but he also needed to put it into practice. This is why Christ urged him to act on what he knew, and He tells us the same,\u201d said the bishop.<\/p>\n

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, Bishop Timotei awarded Parish Priest Aurel Nae the \u201cOrder of St. James the Greater\u201d for his dedicated pastoral and missionary work in the community.<\/p>\n
