Constantin Naclad from St Nicholas Metropolitan Chapel in Iasi, the manager of the &#8220;Ukraine Crisis Response&#8221; project.<\/p>\n<p>The bishop provided an update to the two representatives regarding the assistance rendered by the Diocese of B\u0103l\u021bi in overseeing the influx of Ukrainian refugees.
