The value of the shipment amounted to 52,000 Euros.<\/p>\n<p>Father Ciprian Ioni\u021b\u0103, Patriarchal Counsellor and coordinator of the Social-philanthropic sector of the Romanian Patriarchate, accompanied the shipment to Syria, where he met representatives of the Patriarchate of Antioch and of the Lebanese Red Cross.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This action is part of our &#8216;Help with Joy&#8217; campaign. At the initiative of Patriarch Daniel, the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church approved a fundraiser for the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
