{"id":275455,"date":"2020-04-02T12:50:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T09:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/basilica.ro\/?p=275455"},"modified":"2020-04-02T12:50:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-02T09:50:00","slug":"international-childrens-book-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/basilica.ro\/en\/international-childrens-book-day\/","title":{"rendered":"International Children&#8217;s Book Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"seiten-titel\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Since 1967, on or around Hans Christian Andersen&#8217;s birthday, 2 April, International Children&#8217;s Book Day (ICBD) is celebrated to inspire a love of reading and to call attention to children&#8217;s books.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-9 inhaltspalte\">\n<div id=\"c123\" class=\"frame frame-default frame-type-text frame-layout-0\">\n<p>Each year a different National Section of IBBY has the opportunity to be the international sponsor of ICBD.<\/p>\n<p>It decides upon a theme and invites a prominent author from the host country to write a message to the children of the world and a well-known illustrator to design a poster.
