The completion of the frescoes was announced by the local archdiocese in a communique published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orthodox.pl\/z-postepu-prac-przy-warszawskiej-hagii-sophii-2\/\">Polish Church\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Church of Hagia Sophia in Warsaw has five domes with the main dome towering at a height of 21.6 meters.<\/p>\n<p>The stone fa\u00e7ade of the western wall was also finished, the text reads.<\/p>\n<p>Additional works at the church\u2019s belfry will be carried out in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation stone of the Hagia Sophia Orthodox Church in Warsaw was laid in 2015 during a ceremony led by His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.<\/p>\n<p>The first Divine Liturgy celebrated inside the new church took place three years
