R\u0103zvan Ionescu, rector of <em>Sts. Paraskeva and Genevieve<\/em> Romanian Parish in Paris.<\/p>\n<p>The church building will serve Romanian Orthodox faithful within the newly founded St Anthimos the Ivirite Parish.
